President's Message

Welcome to the new Indurante website!

This is another important step implemented since acquiring the company in September of 2018. In acquiring the company, my goal was (and is) to bring us to the forefront in technology of the railcar property tax industry. We are accomplishing this in many ways, including:

1. Creation of the Indurante website with future goals of allowing client access through a secure, private portal to view and review client specific filings, valuations and tax bills.

2. Upgrading our current systems to allow employees the flexibility of working remotely (even before Coronavirus intruded the workplace).

3. Creating storage in a secure, cloud-based environment.

4. Developing software to create efficiencies in the annual filings and exchange of documentation with our clients.

Once completed, I believe our Railmarx program will be the most sophisticated and advanced compliance software in the industry. There is more to come in the future, but I wanted to give you a glimpse of what is going on behind the scenes as we continue to seamlessly represent our clients.

Additionally, I would like to mention my other company, Swartz + Associates, Inc. (SAI), and the complementary relationship between the companies. Since 1986, I have been involved in the review, analysis, and appeals of tangible business personal property and commercial/industrial real estate valuations. SAI is a nationally recognized, boutique property tax firm representing taxpayers. From individually owned properties (owner-occupied real estate) to multi-billion-dollar national portfolios, our expertise is vast. Bringing Indurante into the SAI mix of companies allows us the opportunity to continue what Indurante does best and allows SAI to help Indurante clients with the local property tax assessments, as warranted. Please reach out to any of our employees to learn about our companies and how we may be of assistance. Learn More Here
