From Retail to Rail: My First Year at Indurante

To celebrate the end of filing season, our Indurante team headed to the iconic Peppermill Restaurant & Fireside Lounge for an evening that felt straight out of classic 1970s Vegas.
The outside is non-descript, but the moment we walked in the neon lighting, mirrored ceilings, and flamingo‑lit lamps set the tone. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t try to be anything other than what it is: fun, bold, and throwback Vegas vibe. And after the pace of filing season, that was exactly what we needed.
What made the night special was seeing our team, and the spouses who support us through the long hours, all at one long table, relaxed, laughing, and finally able to exhale. The photo from the night captures it perfectly: real smiles, easy conversation, and a group that enjoys being together.
The Peppermill’s oversized plates and signature cocktails didn’t hurt either. But more than anything, it was a chance to pause, appreciate the work we just finished, and enjoy the people who make it possible
